Comfortable high quality room in the Ha Dong area of Hanoi. My first room had an issue with the airconditioner and the staff gave me another room immediately. There is a new shopping centre nearby and the metro station is about 1 km. There was an asian style breakfast served on level 8.

The hotel is locaed a quiet back street a short walk from from the main road. My room was upgraded to a triple room on the 7th floor with a great view of the surrounding areas. The room is a modern Vietnamese style hotel room with a large very comfortable bed. From the hotel, the new train line is a 15 minute walk (Ga La Khê). The daily housekeeping was excellent including the laundry service.

I always love coming back to this hotel - large rooms, comfortable beds and located near the metro, Phenika university and the new shopping mall.

Simple hotel that offers everything you need. Stayed over night and everything was up to par with my standards. Would recommend anyone to stay overnight for a quick trip
